Infusionsoft - Client Buys Product But Nothing Happens

 

A troubleshooting guide to support a user that has bought a course but is unable to access the course.

Client buys a product, but does not receive a "Log In" or "Get Started" Email

Check the client record in Infusionsoft. Look up the client and:

  1. Check that the client has the proper tag

  2. Check that the campaign fired off

  3. Look at the status of the campaign

  4. Notice any warning?
