Submitting a New Ticket

 

This article will show you how to submit a ticket if you, or any user, experience an issue on your website.

Three ways to submit a ticket

1. Fill out the form in the following link: https://share.hsforms.com/1_bgoGXyIRq29uR0httly5A1emgl

2. Ticket icon is accessible through your site administrator. 

  • If you are logged in to your site as the site administrator, you will notice the following floating icon appears in the bottom left-hand corner of your site on all pages

  • Click on the icon and it will take you directly to a form in which you use to share your issue or request. You will receive an automatic reply once your ticket is received by the team.

3. Email CEA at tickets@clientengagementacademy.com

  • If you email us, the subject line will become the ticket name and the email body will be the description.  

  • Please include:

    • the URL of the page with the issue or request

    • a screenshot of the page with the issue or request 

**You will receive an automatic reply once your ticket is received by the team. Once the ticket has been resolved, screenshots and or videos will be provided in reply to the ticket.
