What are the Sections That Make Up the Course Outline Spreadsheet?
The CEA course outline sheet is made up of multiple sections to collect and organize the content, graphics, and videos for your course. Here are some descriptions and examples to show you how the content from the course outline is viewed on a site.

Lesson Name Format
Each course that we will be adding will be divided into different parts. Please indicate what you would like each "part" to be called i.e. Lessons, Parts, Modules, Days etc.
Lesson Long Name
The Lesson Long Name is the full-length name of the lesson, and should give the users an idea of what the overall content of the lesson is about. The Lesson Long Name appears at the top of each lesson, under the menu bar. Please keep the Lesson Long Name to 10 words or less.
Lesson Short Name
The Lesson Short Name is an abbreviated name used to define the entire lesson in four words or less. The short name will be placed on the side lesson menu on each lesson page as well as the course page.
Description of Lesson
This is the paragraph that leads off the lesson page. It is placed above the video and below the heading. It is important to tell your client what they are going to learn in this lesson and set their expectations.
The video name that you use in Wistia will be displayed on the site as the Video Title.

This is the link you need to provide in your course outline sheet for us to embed in your site. Below is a guide for how to get the link through Wistia.

Audio Title
This is the title that will be displayed in the lesson next to the audio player.
Audio Link
Please upload your audio file to Google Drive and provide the link in the Course Outline Sheet. From there we will add the file to the course.
Quiz
The quiz is used to help with information retention at the end of each lesson. Each quiz should be prepared as its own document and linked to the Course Outline Sheet. Here is a link to the quiz template for your reference:

Worksheet
File Name to be Used on Website
This is not the name of the file itself, rather the name that the file will be referred to on your lesson page.
Actual Name of File
When clients download the file, this is the name of the file as it will appear on the client's computer. We recommend you include your company name as well as a document summary in the actual name of the file to better distinguish the file.
Link to File
Please save the file you would like us to upload in your Google Drive and share the link to that file in your Course Outline Sheet.
