  1. Secure and private discussions — Only those directly involved in the private session can see what has been posted.

  2. File uploads — Students and coaches can upload files directly to the session for reference and discussion.

  3. Custom Notifications — Recipients get an e-mail notification anytime a new message is posted in the private session. You can customize the e-mail notifications with several variables.

  4. New message indicator — Unread messages appear throughout the logged in site informing students and coaches that a private session response is ready.
