How To Prepare And Update Monthly Content For CEA Team To Load On Your Site

Each month you will be providing fresh, outcome-based training for your members.

Here is a step by step checklist to follow:  

1)  Shoot and upload the video to Wistia or your preferred video storage account

2)  Add any other pdf's or Toolbox resources to your Google Drive folder

3)  Create the monthly Challenge *if applicable

4)  Schedule your Live Session 

5)  Fill in the outline sheet with the proper names of the video, copy, links, etc.,

6)  Submit a ticket to the team 5 days prior to the launch of the monthly content 

We won't be able to update the site until 100% of the content is available and labeled properly in the correct location. Please reach out to us if you have any questions on how to complete this process. 

We will be relying on your team to provide accurate data so that once we build the web page, we can test and go live. Changes after the fact are time-consuming and a pain for everyone.
