Infusionsoft - How to Check if Clients are Opening Their Emails

 

View a report that lists all emails sent to a user and the status of each email.

1. Login to Infusionsoft

2. Go to Marketing > Reports


3. When you click on Reports you will be redirected to the following screen


 

 

4. On this screen scroll down to bottom and look for Campaign Contacts


5. When you click on Campaign Contacts the following screen will appear.


6. On the above screen click on a contact name. When you click on a contact name the following screen will appear



 

 

7. Scroll down to bottom of the page, under the heading Recent Email History you can see the Status of the email.
