Infusionsoft - How to Check a Clients Tags

 

These examples can be referred to if a TAG issue arises for a user

1. To see the Tags applied to a contact/member click on the TAG tab from within a contact page.

2. When you click on TAG the screen below will appear. It will show all the "Tags" that have been applied to that contact.

 

You can also see the date on which a tag was applied, under the heading Applied

You can also see name of the tag under the heading TAG and the category of the TAG under the heading CATEGORY

3. When a contact starts the training for a course he gets the TAG “[Company Initials] [Course Name] NEW CLIENT” (ex: CEA IOCC NEW CLIENT)

4. When a contact has logged in, the following TAG will be applied “[Company Initials] [Course Name] NEW CLIENT LOGGEDIN”

5. As a contact/member is moving through the lesson they will receive the following TAG’s:

  • [Company Initials] [Course Name] [Lesson Number] Track  (Ex: FCU FB Speed L01 Track)

  • [Company Initials] [Course Name] [Lesson Number] Complete (Ex: FCU FB Speed L01 Complete)

6. A contact/member will get the following  tag which will help us to determine which lesson they are currently on:  [Company Initials] [Course Name] [Lesson Number] In Use



7. These Examples can be referred to if a TAG issue arises.

The above mentioned examples act as a base for troubleshooting of simple and basic site/course issues. They can be referred to by Customer Service for helping users at times when similar scenarios present themselves and may be caused by a missing or incorrect/misapplied TAG.
