Infusionsoft - How To Add a Partner and Administrator

 

PART 1

Here is how to add Mike Weiss as a "Partner" in your Infusionsoft account:

1. Log-in to Infusionsoft. 

Hover over Admin (in the main navigation menu)

Move your mouse over Users 

2. On the above screen -> Click on Users.

 

3.  After you click on Users, the following screen will appear: 

     On this screen -> Click on Add Partner.

4. When you click on Add Partner, the following screen will appear:

5. Add Mike Weiss as a partner**. 

    Enter  mike@mikeweiss.com in the Infusionsoft ID box

   Click on Send Email Invitation button

**Send mikew@clientengagementacademy.com an email informing him that he has been added.

 

PART 2

This will explain how to add a new user in Infusionsoft as an Administrator. 

You will need to add Rohit as an administrator. This will take up one seat license in your Infusionsoft account. 

If you have a seat available you will not be charged. If you don't have a seat available you will see a warning to buy another seat. You have two options: 1) purchase an additional seat  2) contact Infusionsoft and ask them nicely to GIVE you one more. We cannot guarantee this will work, but it's worth trying. 

 

1. Login to Infusionsoft

 

2. Go to Admin > Users in the main navigation menu.

3. On the above screen click on Users. When you click on Users the following screen will appear. On this screen click on Add Users 

4. When you click on Add Users the following screen will appear:

Enter Rohit in First Name box. Enter rohitg@clientengagementacademy.com in the Email box.

    You MUST mark the box YES for Admin!

    Click -> Send Email Invitation

Send mikew@clientengagementacademy.com and rohitg@clientengagementacademy.com an email letting us know that Rohit has been added as an Admin. Thank you!
