This article shows how to manually move a user to the next lesson

1. Open the Site URL, click on "Log In" and use the Admin Credentials to login

             2.   You will be redirected to the page shown below

            3.   Please open the actual url of the site by deleting the slug. The slug is a part of the text which you can find after .com, .in, or .edu (depending on the site). Here the slug is wp-admin

For this particular case the actual URL of the site is: https://university.dogsnaturallymagazine.com

Now your page will look like this

               4.    Next, hover over the MEMBERS tab. You will see a drop down option “Owner Administration > Override Lesson – advance to next lesson”. Please click on that as shown in the below screenshot

                   5.  As soon as you click on "Override Lesson – advance to next lesson" you will be redirected to a new page, where you need to enter the email ID of the user (who is stuck if he/she attempted the max number of limits and is unable to pass the quiz).

After entering the users email ID, please click on "Get Courses"

            6.    Now you need to select the course name in which the user is stuck and seeking help

             7.   Now you will be redirected to the another window where you will see the progress of the user, including how many lessons he cleared.

To allow the user to move ahead in the course, you need to click on the "Mark Complete" button as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you click on the "Mark Complete" button, the user can move ahead and gain access to the next lesson.

Note: The user will not get the badge and points for the lesson you override because the user did not pass the quiz before moving ahead to the next lesson.
